Founder & Managing Director
Will Solper is an experienced HR, organizational effectiveness, and change management leader with over 20 years of experience supporting both growing businesses and complex organizations through periods of change, growth, and transformation.
He has partnered with founders, executives, and leadership teams across small, mid-sized, and large organizations, helping them address people challenges - from building foundational HR capabilities to supporting enterprise-wide change initiatives. Will focuses on people-centered solutions that drive operational efficiency and sustainable growth, positioning HR as a true business enabler - not just a transactional function.
Will is especially passionate about working with organizations in transition. Whether supporting a growing business without an internal HR Team or contributing to a larger transformation efforts, he brings a servant-leader approach rooted in listening, trust, and practical guidance.
As Founder and Managing Director of Sporos, Will supports organizations in two primary ways. He provides hands-on, fractional HR support to small and mid-sized businesses without an internal HR function, and he partners on short and medium term assignments where organizations need immediate HR, change, or leadership support to maintain momentum.
